RETURN POLICY
If you ordered an item and it doesn't fit or it's broken please contact us.
We check everything before we send it out, but we can overlook something and you never know what happens when the package is on the way :)
If you made an account:
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
SHIPPING
We try to ship everything as soon as possible, but if you live outside Europe it can take a while to arrive. Don't hesitate to contact us if your order is very late!
We calculate the shipping costs as honest as possible. We hate high shipping costs as well... we are paying the same amount for shipping as you'll pay. We don't calculate any costs for packaging or what so ever.
If we find that we have overcharged the shipping costs we will refund the overcharged amount :)
WHY CAN I ONLY ORDER 3 OF EACH ITEM?
If you want to order more than 3 items for personal use or if you have a shop and want to sell our stuff please contact us.
